The Programme Board of the Jewish Historical Institute is the initiative and opinion-giving body of the Director of the Jewish Historical Institute, currently Dr Michał Trębacz. Board Members are appointed and dismissed at the request of the Director by the Minister of Culture, National Heritage and Sport. Board Members are representatives of universities and other research institutes from Poland and abroad, outstanding specialists in the field of Jewish history and culture.
