The new Programme Board of the Jewish Historical Institute

During the meeting on October 22, 2024, Dr. Michał Trębacz, acting director of the Jewish Historical Institute, presented nominations to new members of the Programme Board of the Emanuel Ringelblum Jewish Historical Institute appointed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, Hanna Wróblewska.

Thirteen new Jewish Historical Institute Programme Board members were elected for a four-year term from among outstanding specialists in Jewish history and culture from Poland and abroad. Their tasks will include, among others, providing opinions and assessing the Jewish Historical Institute's plans and programs for the coming years, seeking new forms of support for the Institute, and analyzing the conditions and tasks facing it.
