Nils Lindø from Denmark is looking for contact with a Jewish teenager his family hosted after the war for recuperation.
As Nils remembers — his name was Andrzej Geisler (or Gajsler), he was Jewish, born around 1932, the son of a Warsaw, university professor.
The archive of the Warsaw’s university could not locate a name of a professor called Geisler who worked there before the war.
We didn’t find him in the address books or public records.
Maybe the name Gajsler was a borrowed name or a name used in a false identity.
If anyone knows the story or recognizes the boy on the right side playing with the Lindo family dog — please contact us at familyheirtage@jhi.pl.
